1 Day 1 - Arrival at Phuentsholing

Upon arrival at NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport, you will be greeted by our representative and driven to Phuentsholing – the gateway to Bhutan by road. Located along the border with India, this vibrant town offers a unique blend of cultures. After reaching, complete your permit formalities and spend the evening relaxing or exploring the local market. Overnight stay at Phuentsholing.

2 Day 2 - Phuentsholing to Thimphu

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan, covering a distance of approximately 170 km (6–7 hours). Enjoy the lush landscapes, forested mountains, and small hamlets along the way. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel and take some time to explore the cozy cafes or handicraft stores in the city. Overnight stay in Thimphu.

3 Day 3 - Thimphu Sightseeing

Begin the day with a hearty breakfast and head out for a full-day sightseeing tour of Thimphu. Visit the iconic King’s Memorial Chorten, the impressive Buddha Dordenma statue overlooking the valley, the Motithang Takin Preserve (home to Bhutan’s national animal), and the Folk Heritage Museum. 4 Day 4 - Thimphu to Punakha via Dochula Pass

Post breakfast, drive to Punakha via the picturesque Dochula Pass at an altitude of 3,100 meters, known for its panoramic views of the Eastern Himalayas and 108 memorial chortens. On the way, visit Chimi Lhakhang, popularly known as the Fertility Temple. In Punakha, explore the stunning Punakha Dzong, strategically located at the confluence of the Pho and Mo Chhu rivers. 5 Day 5 - Punakha to Paro

After breakfast, drive to Paro, a quaint valley town known for its natural beauty and rich culture. Upon reaching, visit Ta Dzong, the National Museum housed in a historic watchtower, followed by a visit to the impressive Rinpung Dzong. 6 Day 6 - Tiger’s Nest Hike (Taktsang Monastery)

Today is the highlight of your trip – an early morning hike to the world-famous Taktsang Monastery, also known as the Tiger’s Nest. Perched on a cliffside at 3,120 meters, this spiritual site is accessible via a moderately challenging 5-hour round-trip trek. Soak in the panoramic views of the Paro Valley and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. After returning, relax at your hotel. Overnight stay in Paro.

7 Day 7 - Paro to Phuentsholing - Departure

After breakfast, check out and begin your return journey to Phuentsholing. From there, you will be transferred to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey with beautiful memories of Bhutan. Tour ends.
